Budget hotel…..

at is best. I’ve stayed here for four nights on a weekend. The location is pretty convenient behind the central station. If you arrive by train just walk to the end of the platform (any platform will work), down the ramp, turn left and after exiting the tunnel stairs up. I’ll be directly in front of the entrance. Old center is a short and nice walk. Everything you could possibly need is around the hotel as there is a big shopping mall attached to the train station. Supermarkets, bakery, food and so on. Room size is average for Ibis budget but what is different here is that only the toilet get a separate small cabin or room. Wash basin is in the room and even from the shower you step directly in the room. Might be a disadvantage of you travel with friends and share the room. Room features a pretty small desk. I worked one day for five hours which was no problem with a laptop but the chair was not really a chair. Worked for 5 hours but wouldn’t want to work longer sitting there. WiFi was fast and free. Breakfast was around 10€ and the biggest let down. Fours days and every day the same stuff. One hot item: sausages, every day. One kind of roll, no choice, no variety, every day out of the four. One kind of cheese and so on. Room or breakfast partition was very small and packed! Every single morning! No space to move chairs as everything is really cramped in. What a nightmare. If I wouldn’t have pre-booked it, I would have skipped it from the second day. Not sure if I would stay again. Btw budget doesn’t mean that you stay there for budget money.

I stayed here for 4 nights while on a tourist visit to Krakow and Auschwitz. I chose this budget option as it was close to the main train station and easy access for the airport. 17 zlotys each way and tookbabout 20 mins. The room was fine, albeit very small, but i was on my own, so it served the purpose I needed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. You could book breakfast, but I did not use that option. It was only about a 15 minutes walk into the Old Town and main market square. There was a large shopping complex right near the hotel with plenty of food outlets, and also connected to the main bus/ train station. The hotel is basic, but ideal if on a tight budget. I would recommend it.

This is very good option for solo travelers. Hotel is in excellent location just few minutes walking from train and bus station. My room was very nice and breakfast was also good. From hotel, you can walk to almost every location of interest in Krakow. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights in room with additional bed(for 3 people), but stayed alone. Very spacious room, wich i did not expect from budget hotel. Very nice furniture in the room, nice beds. I loved that everything was clean, high quality of room service. It was quite busy at night, but it was because of guests, really annoying, but it was New Year time, so probably most of people came to party. But it is more about guests than hotel. Nice destination, close to Main Railway Station, Rynek Glowny.

Very economical, great location at a good price. 3 minutes walk from a big shopping mall; bus terminal and train station, and old city centre. A train ride away from the international Airport. Cozy room with all amenities as needed for two adults. Firm mattress made it for a great sleep. Buffet continental breakfast was a great bonus. Free wifi. Was able to store luggage after check out. Only challenge was no hairdryer in the room. Available at reception but all were checked out when required it. Minor inconvenience with a very messy hairdo in the morning. Will stay here again.
